WHY SCRIPTUREFEST?

​

Our family has been blessed by the National Bible Bee and by the many ScriptureFest events that are hosted around the country, and as a result, we feel led to make this available for those in our local and surrounding communities who might not be able to travel to Scripturefest events in other states. 

​

Over the years we have found that there are many events hosted by churches or missionaries that are focused on assisting brand new Christians or those seeking to learn about Christ; events that are evangelical in nature.  These are good things!  But we also found that there were very few events available for the discipleship of existing Christians.  We could not find many events that both challenge the Christian to go deeper in their study of God's word and challenge the Christian to memorize God's word.  ScriptureFest brings these opportunities AND provides amazing fellowship with other Believers who are doing the same thing!
